Shipping & Delivery

Products will be despatched on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
We use Royal Mail to deliver. You may choose from the following options during the checkout process

Returns & Replacements

We will offer you a refund or a replacement within 14 days of purchase if you are not happy with your goods. We will not accept goods beyond this time unless they are faulty. A “faulty” item is defined as one which is subject to a manufacturing fault.

Please note : For clothing items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed.

Returns Process

Ordering

The Highland Pony Society holds a limited stock and, therefore, some products may need to be ordered in especially to fulfill your order. If this will cause a time delay, you will be notified via email.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You will be asked to create an account on the online shop before you can proceed to the Checkout pages. In order to protect the Highland Pony Society and you from spam/hackers, we do not allow “guest” purchasing.

Payment is made securely via Paypal using either a Paypal Acocunt or major Credit Card options. You do not need a Paypal Account to purchase from this site. Credit Card details may be held with Paypal, but they are never held within the Highland Pony Society website or online shop.

Please Note : A small fee to cover PayPal Commission. 2.5% will be added at Checkout for Paypal payments
