Saddle Wanted

Does anyone have a saddle to sell or loan that will fit my 13.2 5yr old Highland mare Phoebe of Dykes?

Backed last year, turned away to mature and now coming slowly back into work with borrowed 16 inch XW with thin front panels.

She is flat backed, bum high, no withers.
