Description
We are looking for a young (ideally 4-6yo) highland pony with kind character and a steady, calm personality. Must be broken in to ride and/or have experience with deer.
We can offer an exciting life for them out on the hill as a working garron. This would be on a West Coast Scottish Estate as a deer pony, carrying deer off the hill. The living arrangements are 24/7 outside with our mixed herd of highland ponies.
The pony needs to be most importantly healthy, good with the farrier and easy to handle.
A smaller built pony would be preferred.
Based in Lochaber, but willing to travel for the right one.
Mares/geldings only please, we cannot currently accommodate a stallion.
