The Committee of the Northern Horse Show would like to thank everyone who supported the 2006 show. Because of the response we received we were able to donate Ѓ1500 to the Bense Bridge & Kirby Riding for the Disabled Association Group. Once again the Committee are asking for your support to sponsor a class at Ѓ25.00 without lunch or Ѓ50.00 including lunch for two people for the 2006 show. With your continued support the Northern Horse Show will continue to go from strength to strength. You will see from the schedule that we have been allocated numerous qualifiers. The Committee are indebted to Grandstand Media and Mr and Mrs Cuddy, for allocating a Horse of the Year Show Cuddy In-Hand Championship Qualifier to the show. This year we are very pleased to be holding additional HOYS qualifiers for the Ridden Hunter Weight section. The TopSpec Supreme Ridden Championship has again been very generously arranged with grateful thanks to Mr & Mrs Philip Tyler. This Championship carries the monetary prizes of Ѓ1000 to the winner, Ѓ100 to the reserve and Ѓ50 to the second reserve and further prizes down to 10th place. We are also very grateful to The Gill Family for sponsoring the Gill Family In-hand Championship of the show with Ѓ350 to the winner, Ѓ100 to the reserve and Ѓ50 to the second reserve. I would also like to thank Selby Fencing for sponsoring the Supreme Ridden Championship and The Sporting Horse Stud and Stanley Grange Stud for donating Stud Vouchers in several sections. It has been decided to continue using ShowPay for entries which I am sure will make the process easier for all concerned (www.showpay.co.uk). Please support the show which exists to donate money to The Riding for the Disabled Association as well as providing a day out for many local disabled groups. In addition a large number of other Charities will be in the trade stands area to publicise and fund raise for their own particular activities. If you would like to help then please return the form below with your entries. Offers of Stewarding or any Donation would be gratefully received.
